Returns

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Where an item is returned for a refund where we are not at fault (unwanted item, wrong size etc) then as long is the item is returned unused and with all packaging and tags attatched it will be refunded minus the original cost of postage

Where an item is returned for exchange where we are not at fault then the customer will be responsible for payment of the exchange to be shipped.

When returning an item to us please use a service that requires a signature from us when we receive it as we are not responsible for any returns that are lost in the post.

Once we receive an item an confirm it is eligible for refund please allow 1-3 Days for the money from the refund to show on your account.

Please note that all sales/special offer items are not eligible for a refund.
